| BAGGAGE |
| Every passenger is allowed one suitcase & one hand baggage. These must fit comfortably in your cabin, as no baggage will be stored in the ship’s hold. |
| CHECK-IN PROCEDURE |
|
Boarding starts at the specified time every
cruise. The last boarding time is one hour prior to departure. Travel documents of the passengers will be collected before boarding the vessel and will be kept under the custody of Star Cruises on board the vessel for the duration of the cruise. The collected travel documents will be transferred to the officials of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Immigration Department for the purpose of group immigration arrival clearance on board the vessel upon its re-entry in to Hong Kong. The travel documents will be returned to the passengers by Star Cruises onboard the vessel after immigration arrival clearance for all passengers have been completed. Star Cruises requests the co-operation of all passengers in surrendering their travel documents to Star Cruises for the above purpose. It is voluntary for the passengers to place their travel documents under our custody, but, to do otherwise will cause unnecessary delay to all passengers disembarking in Hong Kong |

| We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Diners’, and JCB. We also accept traveler’s cheques but not personal cheques. |
| CURRENCY |
| All prices onboard are in Hong Kong Dollars. Foreign currency exchange service is available during the cruise at the Reception. |
| DRESS CODE |
| Elegant casual clothing is suitable for most evenings. On Gala nights, more formal attire such as a lounge suite or jacket and tie for men and a cocktail dress or evening dress for women is recommended. It is requested that shoes are worn indoor areas at all times. |
| DAILY PROGRAM – STAR NAVIGATOR |
| Is distributed to your cabin every evening. The day’s restaurant hours, activities, shore excursions and interesting ship information are found therein. Additional copies are available in outlets and at the Concierge. |
| DINNING |
| Open seating in all meal times except Gala Dinner. Table reservation for Gala Dinner will be made onboard after embarkation. |
| ELECTRICAL OUTLETS |
| Power outlets in the cabins provide 220V power. Both 2-round-pin and 3-flat-pin sockets are provided. Bathroom power points provide both 110V and 220V. However, all heating devices such as flat irons, cooking plate, water-heater, etc. are not permitted onboard. |
| LAUNDRY SERVICES |
| Laundry, Pressing and Dry Cleaning are available 24 hours a day. A laundry bag and price list can be found in the wardrobe of your cabin. |
| MEDICAL FACILITIES |
| The clinic is open daily at posted hours. Emergency medical attention is available around the clock by contacting the Concierge. There is a charge for all medical services. |
| OVERSEAS CALL |
| Worldwide overseas call may be connected via satellite. Please contact our operator or Reception to connect your call. The call charges begin when the access code is dialed. |
| SHORE EXCURSIONS |
| Limited seats for shore excursion tours at our ports of call are available for booking through the Front Office |
| SMOKING |
| Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking of cigars and pipes is strictly limited to the Smoking Room. Please heed the smoking cautions in your cabin and do not smoke in bed. |
| WATER |
| Onboard, the water is perfectly safe to drink. Hot water can be delivered to your cabin by Housekeeping. During shore visits, however, it is wise to avoid tap water or drinks with ice from street vendors. |
| TIPPING |
| Tipping is not encouraged. Our friendly staff are trained to serve you in every possible way to make your cruise fun and memorable. Your smile is the most valuable return you can give for our staff. |
